Concepts and Ideas on how today's Children may secure World Peace in the Future…

It's About Time...

Children

Are you familiar with a saying, "If something works, don't fix it"

If the above saying is correct, (and it is) the opposite must also be true? Meaning that if something is not working people should fix it.

In need of fixing are, World Peace and many other things to help Humanity.

Now you Children of the World have advantages and the opportunities to do what others have not been able to do. (Others meaning people that did not have Computers and access to the Net)

Starting now, you may communicate with other Children situated in every Country by using your computers, the Net and ICGN.

There are many things on Earth that need fixing and you Children will be able to do just that, if you wish to? Sharing ideas, via positive, friendly and honest communication could do these. Imagine what an accomplishment it would be if by the time you grow up to adulthood, you (The Children of the World) discover a way to secure World Peace forever!

(If you do not own a Computer you could always write your Articles and send them to ICGN's Editors via Postal service)

A word of warning… certain negative thinking people (Especially certain adults) might offer words of discouragement… words like you cannot do this, or you cannot do that…this would of course be nonsense, because if your will is to do good, you will be able to do many good things. To insure positive successes, you must always think of others' welfare before yours. (Be a giver instead of a taker, the outcome will surprise you)

A personal note to the very young:

You must listen to your parents, go to School, listen to your Teachers, do your homework, exercise your body, play and have fun. When time permits, communicate with other Children and make friends Worldwide via your Computer and ICGN.

Initially, you may check ICGN's INDEX for ideas as to what to write about, See:
A Few Ideas That You
May Choose To Write
About

Later on, when you become comfortable with yourself, perhaps when you get older, you will be able to be creative and be able to write Articles containing your own new Fresh Ideas.

What I am proposing and hoping, is that initially as a Child, you may write fun Articles and send them to ICGN to be published for other Children and adults to see. As you get older, you would start thinking more seriously and communicate with other people with the intent of sharing good positive ideas in order to improve the World you live in.

I created ICGN for all of you young people to use; the question is… will you put it to good use?

Last but not least, you need to choose the right path. I am hoping that you read and abide by the following suggestions. (Suggestions from an elder that means well)

The following are meant to be good thoughts, they are not placed in any order of greater Importance:

  1. Always think before you leap", this is an old saying, however. It still   holds true today and always will. Before you do or say anything, be sure it is good and/or positive, do not do or say anything to harm others, for you would regret it afterwards.
  2. It is easier to be Good than to be Bad.
  3. Be generous towards all people…Give all that you can to help others and never expect anything in return… (Except perhaps a smile?)
  4. Respect all people, it does not matter what they look like, what Religion they follow or where they happen to live.
  5. Respect Boys and Girls equally, no matter what you may see or hear, in general, Men Love Women and Women love Men.
  6. Respect all Religions; never impose your religious beliefs on to others.
  7. Never hurt anyone.
  8. Brave people walk away from fights. If you doubt this, ask any Martial Arts Teacher.
  9. Cowards are people that purposely hurt others.
  10. Always choose to communicate versus fighting. (When considering the aspect of fighting, keep in mind that fighting is stupid and that no one wins. When you choose to fight, the chances are that you loose a friend in the process)
  11. Never carry a weapon…You might shoot someone accidentally? If such occurs you would then live a life of misery filled with guilt…
  12. DRUGS…the kind that certain people consume to feel "High"! These drugs are more dangerous than weapons, the reason being, that if people are drug free, they are able to think, when people are under the influence of such drugs, they loose all control and become a danger to themselves as well as to others. (In a sense people that consume such drugs, become dangerous weapons!)
  13. HATE…Hate is not something that you are born with, it is learned from certain hateful stupid people! (If you do not believe my other suggestions, believe me on this one subject). Hatred is a very bad thing… having been born in Alexandria Egypt 64 years ago, as a Child I saw much hatred and I were guilty of having hateful thoughts as well! (Very young Children absorb everything very quickly, I was no different and I learned to hate since it was the thing to do, back then!) Today, I no longer hate; however, I still suffer from guilt for having hated… do not let hateful people do this to you. Hate is dangerous it ruins lives…
    NOTE:
What I have stated regarding hatred is true, however, please do not assume that all Egyptians are hateful, (For this would be wrong) hate unfortunately is seen in all Countries. (Take my word, those that do not hate, achieve Much Good)
  14. Do not hold grudges, be forgiving, grudges hold people down and could turn to hate!
  15. If you choose Love instead of hate, you will always see the good in others.
  16. Always assume that people are being truthful, (Trust all people) if people lie to you, it would be their shame…not yours.
  17. If someone upsets you, do not hold it in, discus it with that person, be open about it and make sure that afterwards you remain true friends.
  18. Friendship is important, and it is never purchased… it is earned.
  19. True friendship is at times more important than family! (We choose our real friends and vise versa; we do not choose our families?
  20. Enemies? This is a bad word, there should not be "Enemies"… make friends with everyone and then the word enemies would disappear…You have the power to make this happen, by using your computer and ICGN. Start communicating with the World and help make good things happen. Please help stop Wars and bloodshed, please help stop the fighting, by communication with the people of the entire World. Express how stupid and cruel wars are…?
  21. If you feel the urge to fight, if you must fight, do not fight people, instead it would be more challenging and beneficial if you fight Mother Nature's destructive forces.

We all know that Children represent all that is GOOD.
The questions is... will you be as good when you get older?
If so, then the World would be in  GOOD Hands.
