Children of the World Two Year Essay Contest

ICGN's Awards/Disclosure

Every time we sell a Pen, which we also refer to as ICGN's Instrument of Love, and Peace, we will place into a Bank 50 Cents US, which will go into the account of "The Children of the World two year Essay Contest".

This Contest will end on January 6, 2004.

At which point we would know how much money has been deposited into the account of The Children of the World two year Essay Contest. At that time no additional money would be added to this account.

Out of the 100% deposited in the Bank, 50% will be utilized to award 3 Children and the 50% balance will be awarded to 3 different Schools.

On May 6, 2004 we will award three (3) Winners based on the best three Written Essays.

Winner # 1 will receive 50% of half the amount deposited in the above-mentioned account! (An equal amount will go to the Author's School).

Winner # 2 will receive 30% of half the amount deposited in the above-mentioned account! (An equal amount will go to the Author's School).
And
Winner # 3 will receive 20% of half the amount deposited in the above-mentioned account! (An equal amount will go to the Author's School).

If any of the Winners do not attend School we would still award an amount
Equal to the above mentioned to a deserving school…

A positive scenario

Let us suppose that ICGN got lucky and the News Media decided to help publicize this worthwhile Contest?
If this were to occur many Pens would be purchased that is for sure. One thing to consider, people need Pens to write with, and since these Pens are
of quality and being sold by ICGN in order make some money to do good, many people would purchase these Particular Pens just to show support; if they knew of their existence and the good messages that they carry….

If this were the case, within an 18-month period it is conceivable that One Million of these Pens could be sold just to School Kids Worldwide?
Since this was never done before by ICGN, it is difficult to say if One Million Pens may be a high or low figure?

This example is meant to just clarify ICGN's intent.

Assuming One Million Pens did sell by the end of the Contest period, the math scenario would look like this:

One Million Pens sold would equate to $500,000.00 USD in the Bank, money belonging to this Contest.

This amount would be split as follows: $250,000.00 USD would belong to the three (3) Winning Contestants and $250,000.00 USD would belong to three (3) deserving Schools.

Utilizing this possible scenario, the Contestants' Awards would look like this:

First prize: Fifty percent of $250,000 = ………$125,000.00 USD
Second prize: Thirty percent of $250,000.00 = …75,000.00 USD
Third prize: Twenty percent of $250,000.00 = … 50,000.00 USD

The same equal amounts as shown above would be Awarded to the three lucky Schools.

Something for the reader to think about…

This contest as you can see is mainly considering the participation of School Children. Let us assume that only a small percent of the School Children participated in this contest, when considering the entire World, one Million Pens does not seem like a high figure? What do you think?

Just as a reminder: This Contest is part of what ICGN hopes to accomplish,
which includes ICGN's Trilogy. (Helping to preserve the Forests, Helping Needy Children and Promoting World Peace)

Assuming that this effort proves to be a success, over 300 Youngsters may become recognized Authors and become famous Worldwide.
