What it takes to participate in ICGN's Contest

In order to participate in this Contest, you will need to first purchase/own… The Instrument of Love and Peace. (Referring to this Pen) 

You do not need to purchase this pen to write Articles to be published in ICGN's Newspaper, or to make your suggestions on how to improve ICGN as a Newspaper, however, to be considered as a "Contestant" eligible to Win a Prize, or to have a chance of becoming recognized as one of the 300 Authors, (as addressed at 300 Authors) you would need to own such a Pen, or ICGN's Light Pendant.

.Note: Both the Pen and the Pendant contain a hidden line that reads: "Save a Tree Help a Child"  

The chances are that either your parents or your Guardians will purchase this Pen or the Pendant and gift it to you since they would most likely pay for it via Credit Card on line or by check?

If you are very young and have no money of your own, but would like to own this Pen and/or Pendant tell your parents or Guardians nicely, that if you owned this Pen or Pendant, you would not just look at them, either would be good to own and you would in fact use the Pen in order to write good things with… be it using it at School or to write Articles for ICGN. Also mention that by purchasing either items would also allow you to participate in ICGN's Essay Contest.
